Medium: Acrylic painting on Canvas.

This is one of a series that I painted of animals in water. I wanted to show the strong coral colour of the flamingo against the green waters of the pond. The water has elements of gold and white as well as green and coral, picking up reflections from all around.

I used acrylics and canvas as I thought it would show the colours better than other mediums I use.
