About the London Bus Tote Bag
Having grown up in the Bahamas, I moved to the UK and immediately fell in love with the city. Now, I’ve called this country ‘home’ for more than two decades, and the scenes of London life still fascinate me.
I originally painted this piece using acrylic on canvas, and then adapted it to be printed onto textiles for this tote bag.
My UK manufacturing partner prints the design onto 100% half Panama cotton using vibrant inks, and then crafts the tote bags from that fabric.
The handles are also made using the fabric (rather than being a plain webbing), and are double thickness to be long-lasting.
